My 20+ years in accounting and finance (15+ at Disney) are the foundation for my work in automation and process re-engineering. Today, as a management consultant and business analyst, I lead that work at Princess Cruises — using AI to streamline complex financial operations across its 17-ship fleet and, because Princess is part of the Carnival Corporation family, collaborating with sister brands like Holland America and Carnival Cruises.

Outside the boardroom, I hold myself to the same discipline I bring to business: strength and endurance training, fueled by low-fat, high-protein nutrition, quality sleep, and real recovery. I invest in mind and spirit just as deliberately — meditation and prayer, self-development reading, and regular time with a therapist. I'm a lifelong work in progress, and I like it that way.

Giving back matters to me. What began as a personal commitment to showing up for people and underprivileged communities grew into one of ICA's core values — quietly, and for the long haul.
